Just what I needed after a bout of covid. I tested negative and had no high temperature and had been over 5 days since I tested positive so Louise was happy to carry on with my appointment. I was so relaxed with the hot stone massage I fell asleep. It was wonderful. Thankyou Louise for your expertise in what you do. Your time and patience. I'll be back for more next month xx

As always, my visit to Prism was a real treat. Louise excelled in making me feel thoroughly pampered - always the case! My skin looks and feels fresh and bright…and the foot massage she did (whilst my face mask was working its magic,) was fantastic.

It was my first visit to this lovely little salon having received a voucher as a gift. I had an upper back hot oil massage and a rose quartz facial. Louise is very welcoming and friendly and done a wonderful job so relaxing, so relaxing that I think I was snoring a few times🤭. Would definitely recommend it hope to visit again soon.

If I could give more stars I would! Can’t thank Louise enough for how refreshed she makes me feel by the time I leave after my treatments. I had the Snowberry Candle Massage, Facial and Pink Gin Pedicure (which is a fav) and my skin feels amazing. Already booked in for my next appointments because I’m sick of missing out when she is fully booked.

Came for a spruce up for a Charity Ball today. Had my eyelashes tinted and curled, eyebrows tinted and shaped and then chilled with a gorgeous hot chocolate while Louise sorted my nails out. Three hours of total relaxation as I just switch off when I walk in the salon. I always leave as a different woman in more ways than one. Thanks Lou xxx

Another fabulous facial from Louise. I had the detox and my face felt (and looked) a million times better. I had to skip the back massage today (😢) because of a bad back, but I have to say, the heated bed really helped ease it. My son (35) came along with me today for the men’s facial and back massage and says he feels so much better for it. As always, Louise made us feel completely at ease and pampered. Brilliant!

Louise has restored my eyebrow arches and tinted them so that you can't see the patches I made when I tried using my 'No No' instead of leaving it to the professionals! Thoroughly enjoyed being pampered in the beautifully warm, calming salon, topped off with a lush hot chocolate ..... can't wait for my next visit x

I injured my back and broke ribs in a riding accident. Louise gives a superb massage to relieve the aches and pains and demonstrates her superb knowledge, talking through what she finds and needs to do. The salon is immaculate relaxing and a safe place to visit. Louise works with both a visor and face mask.

Had the Frangipani massage today. On arrival, Louise talked me through the Covid-19 requirements and the steps she had in place to ensure mine, hers and other clients’ safety. Louise also talked me through what the massage would entail. Louise already knew of my medical history and so she was extra cautious around my needs and the amount of pressure I could withstand. The room itself is decorated beautifully and the aromas are welcoming and relaxing, conducive to the treatment. Throughout the treatment, Louise ensured that I was comfortable. Just had an amazing face the world sacred candle back massage which was absolutely fabulous. I would definitely recommend this and Louise. From walking into the gorgeous treatment room, the atmosphere and lovely smelling candles, to leave is amazing. You're welcomed into the room and instantly feel calm and relaxed with no rush. Louise chats and explains everything that is going to be done and shows you all the products that will be used. Afterwards Louise brings you a drink of your choice and a treat and leaves you to sit and relax. Cannot recommend Louise enough. Thanks again xxx
