Today's massage was a truly rejuvenating experience. The therapist's expertise was evident in every soothing stroke, creating an atmosphere of total relaxation. I love my regular visits to Louise for a massage and today I tried the Hot Stone massage which was amazing! Louise is always very welcoming and she is so friendly, but I like to relax in peace when she starts working her magic on my back & shoulders so the soothing spa music and aromatherapy smell in her lovely salon is very relaxing. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a massage therapist A++

I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. Rina exactly identified the knots on the back and with her techinques lossened them. After hearing my husband's feedback about her, I am planning to get massage done from her. I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

I was pleasantly surprised with No1 beauty studio. The staff were very welcoming and professional. My treatment by Jurate, a hot stones massage, was the best I have ever had and my back and neck are feeling so much better from today. Good value for money too. Will be returning.

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.

I had done first massage with Rina today. I found her incredible warm, friendly and helpful. 

I work in a siting position also I do many exercises and my muscles are very tight. Massage really helped to remove any tension/soreness in my muscles and help me to relax in her lovely massage room.

 Rina has been an absolute great to find and understand any specific aches/pains that may exist and ensures that they are not there when I leave.
