What a lovely experience. A friendly greeting and offered hot / cold drinks. Had a lovely facial / hot stone massage. The massage had undone all my aches / knots that I didn’t even know I had! The facial was amazing, relaxing. It’s a great environment too, and as a fella it’s nice to have somewhere that doesn’t feel intimidating &/or make you feel out of place like some salons / shops can, due to being a home based salon. It really does feel homely!! 10/10 Have rebooked in and recommended to all my friends and family!

These guys are seriously good at what they do. Every time we visit they are professional, punctual and deliver the very best quality services! The centre is very clean. The treatments are of excellent quality. The treatments are also exceptional value for money. Having tried multiple treatments from deep tissue massages to reflexology through to tarot card readings, we can honestly say these guys are the best! Wonderful massage and cupping. I had muscle soreness due to lifting too many boxes of books and Julia definitely soothed this. I also have some chronic pain due to arthritis and am sure the cupping helped with that too.

I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

Great massage and nice venue situated in yoga hub - really comfortable, clean and welcoming. Aaron was really knowledgeable and really helped identify and treat the tension in my back and neck, plus gave lots of helpful advice for me to apply on my own and for future treatments.
