The therapists came on time, were really friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. They brought everything with them and set up, which was a nice touch. I treated myself to a 90-minute massage where I felt completely pampered and relaxed. They checked if the pressure was okay for me and adjusted when I asked. The natural oils were great too, making it a truly sensory experience. I'm eager to book again and highly recommend it

The staff is extremely friendly. You enter into a pleasant, very welcoming atmosphere, and receive a refreshing drink before and after the massage. You can relax wonderfully with spa music.

From the start lovely helpful ladies who welcomed us made us feel relaxed. Ayu and Indha gave my husband and I a couples massage which was amazing only upset is next time we’d do it for even mo get. We felt very spoilt and will be back again soon for more treatments

From the moment I entered the spa, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the soothing music, and the calming aroma of essential oils. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to ensure that my spa experience was personalized and enjoyable. What made the experience truly amazing, however, was the attention to detail and the small touches that made me feel pampered and cared for. Best massage (or at least top 3) of my life! Unfortunately at the end I had to ask 4 times to get my tea and neck pillow in the relaxation area. They both came late and cold - a bit of a downer after such a great massage. The experience should be end to end :)

Nanika is an expert masseuse, I would recommend to retain her as long as possible. First and foremost for me is hygiene, for which Nanika rating is 5 star. She ensures the client understands the therapy before massage, customer service rating will be 5 star. One recommendation, it’s be better to use aromatic oil for relaxing the mind.

I’m staying in the Retreat hotel as part of their 24hrs health retreat, the massage was included as part of the stay - I had Tuy for my massage and she was brilliant. Very kind. She looked after me very well and made sure I was okay throughout. I would definitely recommend! The oil used smelt amazing and the tea offered post massage was delicious.
