I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. She made me feel completely at ease, especially as I was quite nervous before my treatment. She was warm, professional, and reassuring throughout. The whole experience was far more comfortable than I’d expected, with much less pain and discomfort than I’d anticipated. It genuinely surpassed my expectations. I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work. How was my visit? Wow, just so relaxing, Sarah does the most amazing treatments. The only downside is when she goes on holiday and I CAN’T have my monthly visit!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
