Gemma and Lily were amazing, so friendly and helpful they made Aimee's experience really exciting and special for her, she was not scared at all having her ears pierced. Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.
