Excellent experience! This was my first time getting lashes and I was very nervous about the final look. It was better than expected. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I will be a regular customer.

Nadi is always wonderful. My lashes look great! The customer next to me was one the phone for over 15 minutes. She should have conducted the conversation in another area to avoid disturbing other customers.

Sima is truly in a league of her own! After a disastrous experience with another artist while traveling, I came to Sima to fix the damage, and she did not disappoint. She is a true master of her craft. Beyond her incredible talent, her warm personality makes every appointment a joy. I’ve officially learned my lesson: no one else is touching my lashes or brows again. I’ve already secured my 3-week refill to make sure I’m always taken care of!

Lara did an amazing job with my mascara lash extensions!! She listened to my concerns with my eye shape and the kind of look I wanted- and executed beautifully!! I have downturned eyes and she totally made them look like doll eyes. Seriously so obsessed with the outcome.

After a disappointing experience yesterday, I returned to Lash Design and Maral and team completely turned things around. She was patient, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening with my lashes and how to fix them. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable, and did an amazing job correcting them. The team was incredibly accommodating and professional. Trina and her team are FANTASTIC!!! They arrived on time, set up & got right to work making me feel special, pampered and most importantly BEAUTIFUL for my wedding! From booking to services the day of, I could not have asked for a better experience.
