Madeleine has a very calm and collected approach which makes the whole experience relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable. She has a great knowledge and a real eye for make up, suggesting the products that suit you the best. I trust her judgement 100%. I made an appointment for a refresher and new ideas for the summer. Absolutely amazing 😍🥳 100% after trying 3 eye lash tech’s in norwich always disappointed but went to glambox had the lovely Shayla and I’m just sooo HAPPY with the lashes I got.. I almost cried with happiness .. please go to glambox they are amazing girls and such a laugh there.. defiantly a little girl pad I’ll be going back all the time without question 😍🥰

Kelly takes great pride in her work and is very careful to explain the procedure and next steps. A really lovely and caring permanent make up artist and can be trusted completely. I now have eyebrows yay! I thoroughly recommend Kelly to anyone, young or of more senior years who may be considering having this done.

Tanya has done an amazing job on my eyebrows. I had my top up today. Tanya is just the 'sweetest' girl, so easy to chat with, doesn't matter that I'm old enough to be her Mum, she has a very easy way about her. If you have concerns, speak to Tanya, she'll absolutely listen to what you're looking to achieve.

Kelly is an amazing brows practitioner. I was lucky enough to discover her in 2022 and have been seeing her for top-ups ever since and will never go anywhere else! She’s extremely friendly and personable and her attention to detail and application of her knowledge of brow shape, colour and style is first class. Thanks as always Kelly very happy after my annual top-up today ☺️

Went to see Tanya for a consultation to see whether my new brows needed a top up. Hadn’t seen Tanya’s new studio, it really is a beautiful, clean and welcoming space, with parking outside. Tanya was friendly and lovely as always, and assured me I didn’t need to see her just yet for my brows. Will look forward to booking in a few months time. Thank you Tanya!

I had my long over due eyebrow microblading top up this morning. I can’t recommend Kelly enough. Super pleased with the results and will be telling everyone I meet. The salon is gorgeous comfortable and clean. Kelly is knowledgeable and very professional as well as cheerful and friendly. Don't look any further you will not be disappointed when booking.

Tanya was an absolute sweetheart. She was very patient with me and all my quirks haha. And my eyebrows already look amazing after her microblading. She definitely made my life a lot easier! Best experience and she is an artist!

Fantastic service, I had my bridal hair up trial and Zoe was wonderful and talked through everything to make sure she knew exactly what I was after. She showed me different styles and re-did my hair to make sure it was perfect. I was nervous beforehand but now I’m really at ease and looking forward to my big day after such a helpful trial and my hair looked exactly how I wanted.

Always I got the best pedicure service!!! Properly cleaned cuticles and perfect polish application. Sterilised tools and aesthetic atmosphere! Highly recommend with two hands ❤️

Kelly is an expert in her field. I have been seeing her for eyebrow treatments and have now tried the lashliner. She is an artist who knows how to give a very natural look while enhancing features. She also happens to be a genuinely lovely person too. I highly recommend her.

The best salon in Norwich! I’ve been coming to the girls for various treatments for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, my lashes, nails and brows are always perfect! The salon is so lovely, clean and welcoming and the girls are so flexible and have rearranged last minute for me before! I wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx
