I get my eyebrows threaded with Harvinder, she’s really good and understood what I wanted. It was painless and she takes her time. I recently moved to Birmingham, so I’m so glad I trusted Harvinder! She’s my go to person!

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

I had the Lash & Brow combo. I was a bit nervous about it as I'm an older woman & didn't want anything to look too over the top for my age. Summer was lovely. She talked me through the process ,discussed my options & showed me photos . I'm absolutely delighted with the end results. Happy I won't need makeup for my holidays, but still retaining a natural look. Would highly recommend Summer .

Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I had my Korean eyelash lift done by Summer and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was extremely polite, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she took real care to make every lash look perfect. The final result is beautifully lifted, natural, and long lasting. Summer’s skill and kindness truly stand out, and she is a real credit to the company. I had my eye lash extension , brow tinting and shaping by the very owner Nilima. Where do I begin with. First of all the place has got a nice tidy vibe. The staff is extremely well behaved. Nilima is the real boss lady with full of positive energy. Shes very gentle in client handling. She strived for him satisfaction. And I extremely loved talking to him during the services. I felt feeling very happy and truly pampered. I think I will be coming here very often now🙂 best wishes to Nilima and team for the nice job they have put in to make this place stand out.

I visited for eyebrow mapping as my eyebrow shape was uneven. Harvinder did a great job at showing me how I should grow out my eyebrows before getting them threaded in the future and also cleaned up the shape as much as possible in the meantime

Really fab experience. My first time at The Beauty Chambers Anika and team are really lovely from the time I arrived through the treatments. I have anxiety and I was put at ease straight away. Great facial by Poojah. Perfect pressure for the massage. My only gripe is when you are left with a face mask on during a facial - as I was here. I wish all therapists would make better use of the time eg do a hand or arm or head massage for you. I can sit with a face mask on at home! Other than that, no complaints and will return.
