I’ve seen the same person forever for my lashes but due to illness, sadly she’s had to close off. This therefore was my first time with Ella. Such a warm girl, so at ease STRAIGHT away. She asked so many questions so she had an exact picture of what I hoped for. And honestly they couldn’t be more perfect!!! I love them. Such a professional yet personal set up. First time with Ella, she was brilliant. I wanted a unique style and she did a great consult and I’m very happy with the lashes she did. Felt very comfortable during the appointment and was able to use the toilet and get a drink as many times as I needed. Studio was very relaxing and pretty, overall felt very pampered and relaxed at the end.

Oh, this was such a treat. Amazing facial - my skin immediately felt incredible - but also such a blissful experience. Chantelle is totally lovely and brings in loads of wonderful extra details to make the whole time in her salon the most gorgeous time out from the world. I can't wait for my next visit!

Experienced the most Fabulous frozen facial from Nethercote house, as always I felt instantly relaxed. The luxurious face mask, neck and shoulder massage was amazing. From Chantelle’s knowledge and advice, I have been able to make better choices for my skin and cannot wait for my next facial.

Finished my intensive catch up with a Mesotherapy H20 Glow on Tuesday. I’m really pleased: the CACI’s have lifted me but I was looking for something to lighten and refine my skin and I’m glad to say the Mesotherapy H20 Glow did the trick! Came back for my microblading top up after my initial appointments in Dec 19 and Jan 20. I was so excited to have the top up as loved my brows so much from previously and Chantelle did not disappoint... my brows look incredible again... been braver to have a little darker and Chantelle even modified them a bit for me this time too! Absolutely amazing! On another note I want to mention about how Covid-19 aware Chantelle is... I felt safe and had no concerns over cleanliness, Chantelle is so strict anyway despite a pandemic! I had no worries whatsoever! Thank you
