I had very tight and sore muscles when I arrived at my appointment today. Cynthia was fantastic in soothing out the aches with a beautiful elemental massage. I expect to sleep much better tonight. I have been visiting for 3+ years and the staff are always friendly and ready to make the day better. Thank you to lovely Cynthia and the Spa Elements team for consistently going above and beyond. Keep it up! :-)

I wasn't too sure what to expect as I have never visited a day spa before, but Laila was so incredible and had so much calming energy. She was super welcoming from the moment I walked in. I cannot believe how great I feel afterwards. Ihave never felt so relaxed in my life!! The little fruit plate & tea is such a good way to end the session and wake up a little before getting back to reality. Thank you so much beautiful lady

This salon is amazing! The team are so lovely and make you feel right at home. They take their time to create a hairstyle you’ll absolutely love, explaining each step along the way and checking that you’re happy with the results. You’ll leave feeling fabulous! Highly recommended 🤩🤩

Hadn’t been to a hairdresser for years & passed by Rose Gold Hair and Beauty. I noticed on the door it said something like ‘clean colour’ and i wondered whether that was the colour without chemicals so i walked back and went in. Holly was very informative and made me feel comfortable enough to make an appointment. Fast track to my appointment today & i was nervous but excited. Holly explained everything & we choose the colours. I was offered refreshments while i waited. They have massage recliners at the hair washing basin. My hair looks fabulous. Booked next two appointments. Tyvm Holly.

I had my hair done today by Holli. I can in and my blonde hair was so damaged and green from overuse of purple shampoo and hard water. She showed me some pictures of work she had done and took my a bit darker but still kept my blonde throughout. She is an absolute magician and got rid of the green and my hair looks absolutely amazing. I almost teared up when she styled the finished product and was blown away by her work. Holli and the girls were so warm and friendly and I felt so welcomed and relaxed. Thankyou so much and next time I'm in Coffs I will definitely be back 💗

Ashlea was amazing!! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome. Through the whole process/treatment she was just incredible, I have never felt so relaxed in my life.
