Mikalya at The Beautique in Franklin is absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming personality made me feel completely at ease. She was friendly, professional, and very informative, taking the time to explain everything and provide great care instructions for maintaining my tan. The result was fantastic—she did an excellent job, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend Mikalya if you’re looking for a great experience and beautiful results!

Amazing experience! Definitely made me want to go back. She knows what she’s doing and she does it so well! I usually dread waxing because I have the worst pain tolerance, however the loveliest girl made me super comfortable. I live in Sydney but I’d be willing to come to Canberra every month just to see her and use her services! Thank you so much <3

The experience I had here was unmatched. I have been to many lash artists over the years, but none have been as kind, gentle, and professional as Sally. Unlike some lash artists who accidentally glue multiple natural lashes together, Sally took her time and carefully isolated each lash before applying the extensions. Her attention to detail was incredible. I rarely leave reviews, but this salon absolutely deserves one. I genuinely cannot recommend Sally enough. If you’re looking for beautiful lashes and exceptional service, this is the place to go.

I had a Tier 4 appointment with Jess and the whole experience was AMAZING!✨️ From the prep work to the nail appointment everything went smoothly and Jess took all of my ideas onboard to create 10 mini masterpieces on each nail! Jess is an artist and a perfectionist and my custom nail art is a reflection of that - I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend if you're wanting a one of a kind set for that special occasion (or just because 😉).
