Love my nails – thank you Adele! Adele is amazing at what she does! She really listened to what I wanted and made my nails look even better than I imagined. The shape, colour, and finish are all perfect! She’s super friendly and easy to chat to, which made the whole appointment really relaxing and enjoyable. The studio is lovely and clean too, and smells amazing ❤️

I had a Japanese Tsuboki facial with Adele and it was a wonderful experience. Adele was professional, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment was deeply relaxing and helped release tension in my face, neck, and shoulders. My skin felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards. Adele’s expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout. I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered. I would highly recommend Adele and will definitely be booking another treatment soon.

I had a wonderful full body aromatherapy massage with Adele at Cove Holistics. Adele took the time to tailor the treatment to exactly what I needed and blended the aromatherapy oils to suit my individual needs, which made the whole experience feel really personal and thoughtful. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. I left smelling lovely,feeling refreshed, and far less tense both physically and mentally. Adele is always professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend!!

Holly did my wedding nails and they were just gorgeous. Even better than I had imagined. I also messed up my mum's nail booking and Holly went out of her way to fix it and still gave my mum amazing nails. We can't thank her enough!!

I had the aromatherapy full body massage today and it was delightful. A full consultation to establish my needs and then all in on the relaxation and self care. A lovely bespoke blend of gorgeous smelling oils to help me on my way with Adele’s expert massage techniques to get rid of recent stresses and strains. It was wonderful. Treat yourself!

Loved Ground and Awaken at Cove! Such a gorgeous atmosphere — calm, welcoming, and really thoughtfully put together. The perfect mix of relaxing, recharging and breath work. I left feeling lighter, happier, and already wanting to book the next one. Cove was the perfect setting too. Such a special event 💛
