I had a manicure and gel pedicure with Francesca and as usual she did a brilliant job. Her attention to detail was exceptional and she took real care to make sure everything looked perfect. The finish on both my nails and toes is beautiful and very professional. Francesca was also friendly and made the whole experience really relaxing. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be booking with her again soon.

Ffi is a very skilled nail technician and an absolutely lovely person! She’s able to reproduce any nail design, and her nail prep is always 10/10. By far the best nails I’ve had in Manchester.

Lovely first visit and experience with Amy who was very warm and welcoming. Amy explained the products available and was able to beat advise to ensure I left feeling happy with my manicure, use of builder gel, shaped as requested and great choice of gel colour to choose from, thank you Amy 😊

Good pedicure and staff were attentive. Massage chair was fab. They did add a fee on for gel polish (granted only £3), but there’s no option to add this on so I would have thought it was included in the price as this is common practice. I’d have liked to have seen Barbacide front of house too so it’s obvious tools are being sanitised between clients.

I had a wonderful pedicure today at Nail Plug. The new shop is beautiful and very well equipped. I had an amazing pedicure, that included a fabulous foot and leg massage, whilst sat on the best massage chair I have ever used. My skin feels so soft and smells delicious. I also had gel polish applied and my toes look lovely. Lovely, polite, and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to my next pamper there. Highly recommend.

When I started going to Jess in October I was a horrible nail bitter but now I couldn’t imagine doing that again! Jess has helped me strengthen and grow my nails to be the most beautiful shape and length and I am obsessed! First time having my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted as well as an eyebrow shape. I have sensitive eyes so was a little apprehensive. I really didn't need to be, Beth talked me through everything step by step as she was doing it, she was so gentle and I loved the how it looked afterwards. Definitely another one to add to my list of treatments. Thank you x
