I’ve been going to Kate for many years and would never consider going anywhere else. Her service is consistently outstanding from start to finish. Kate is not only incredibly talented, but also professional, warm, and always happy to help. I always leave 100% satisfied, whether it’s a simple manicure or detailed nail art, her attention to detail is second to none. Jodie was fantastic! It was my first time getting some waxing done and Jodie made the whole experience relaxing which helped me with my nerves. And also was super efficient with painting nails afterwards and did a beautiful job with both treatments. I'll definitely be back again and would recommend ✨

I had my first appointment with Liv today and all I can say is—fabulous! From the moment I arrived, she was so welcoming and made me feel completely relaxed. My nails look beautiful and, as corny as it sounds, they're the best I've ever had done. I've already booked my next two appointments and have passed Liv's details on to a couple of friends. Natali cares, and she makes you feel very special. Her treatments are given with love and you are left feeling great afterwards. I recommend 1913 to everyone who wishes to be pampered.

Me and my daughter came yesterday for a spa package and it was amazing. We had a foot scrub, back and head massage and mini facial… Jade and Emily were superb really professional and just fantastic at their jobs! The room too was lovely and cosy it was just perfect! Absolutely great value for money we were super impressed xxxx

I have been coming to the nail room for over 5 years, the service you receive it unlike anywhere else. Stacey ensures I have appointments that suit me with my childcare. I have never had any problems with my nails when I used to go else where they would snap and they would file my nails to paper. Stacey take so much care and making sure my nails healthly. No matter what design I ask Stacey always takes on the challenge. If your looking for a nail tech who will go above and beyond and wanting long lasting nails with beautiful design the nail room is for you.
