First time visiting the studio and had the Signature Brow treatment. Emma took her time to ensure she achieved the shape and colour required. I previously had my brows threaded, but no more, I will definitely be back as my brows have never been so good! Highly recommend Emma 😊

Hope was the loveliest nail artist i’ve had at get the gloss - such a ray of sunshine and really made my day - also done such a great job at my nails i loved how much attention she took in the prep which makes for such a great manicure 🩷🩷🩷

Enjoyed the massage. A bit disappointed with gel nail polish as only lasted 3 days and started coming off at tips.

My first time at Lisa’s new premises, it is feels so homely and such a comforting space Love my hard gel polish, took inspiration from a design she had posted on instagram but changed the colours up. Looking forward to my next appointment

Great service. Popped in for quick file and polish but ended up upgrading to gel manicure as the choice of colours looked so nice. Looking forward to going back again

I was in 2 minds posting this as I dont want people taking appointments I can have 😂 An absolute gem of a place. I've had bother for 2 years with my shoulder after a bike accident. I had a deep tissue massage and honestly, I feel like a new penny. Also got a facial, gel nail polish and a magical 1 hour Thai foot massage. On top of all that every single therapist were so welcoming and made me feel at ease. I've found my go to salon. Thank you ladies. Hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I'll see you in the new year.

3rd time visiting the girls were lovely. Very talented looked after me. Listened to what design I would like to have and brought my vision to life. Love my eyebrows lovely shape and colour. Very happy will be booking in again soon and I always recommend this place.

Emma-Jane was lovely and friendly. She did exactly as I asked. Candy red nails, and 2 separate blue ones for a theme I wanted for my summer trip. I recommend the red candy gel Polish shade. Had a few times before, it's so eye catching and lasts for weeks. Quality is great, I love visiting Park West it's like a family. All the staff are warm and inviting.
