Sarah is so welcoming on arrival. It is always a pleasure going and having my hair done. Her hairdressing skills are perfection. She will talk you through the process as she is working. I always feel comfortable on my visits and the conversation just flows. Highly recommend and if I could I would give 10 stars 🌟

Lovely service as always! Had the Hollywood wax and great results as usual, honestly can't expect anything less from Fay as she always delivers. The new treatment room is great, spacious with original features of the building. There's also an elevator that takes you instantly up to the treatment room, making it very accessible. Fay creates a very comfortable atmosphere and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Also got the gel manicure and I'm really happy with it! Off to book my next appointment!

Absolutely loved the new Olaplex treatment! My hair feels so much healthier, softer, and shinier, with a noticeable difference after just one visit. I left feeling so so happy with the results and can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing experience, my hair looks fantastic I’m so happy with the outcome. Today was my first time visiting The Look and I have nothing but great things to say, normally after having my hair done (at other places) I will always find something I don’t like about it but I have walked away today 100% happy and would defiantly recommend to anyone!.
