It was my first time at this salon as I live in the east end of Ottawa and stubbled across this salon by chance. The staff were nothing short of excellent and were very professional. The attention to detail was fantastic, the women would not let anything short of perfect pass. I had received a mani/pedi as well as a waxing service during my visit and the level of skill exuded by each technician was remarkable. I will absolutely be making the trip across the city to visit this salon from now on, this was the first time in ages I had been in awe at my nails!

I have neverrrr had a shellac manicure last this long without peeling/chipping. The polish is only now (17 days later) starting to crack (but only just a little) and my nails are still super shiny. If it wasn't for how quickly my nails grow, I would probably have another week before needing to make any touch ups. Thank you Daphney for the great mani!!

Amazing service done by Flower! The manicure and pedicure were done perfectly with great attention to detail, and the hand and foot massage was so relaxing. Super clean, professional, and truly caring about their work. My nails look beautiful—I’ll definitely be back!

Great day at fika! Got to try out a new nail tech Sabrina who was lovely and took a lot of care to do a great job, me a perfect shape and suggested an chrome top coat which took my nails to the next level and of course hair looks amazing as always!

As usual Fiona did a wonderful job of my manicure. One thing that she has no control over is the quality of clear nail polish. It was not good compared to the "Seche Clear" you used to use. My nails became very brittle with your brand and broke one after the other. I will do my own nails at home using my own "Seche Clear" in the future. The last few appointments I took my own nail polish for Fiona to use but forgot it this time. No comparison as far as the long term result goes.

Sam did the most adorable nails for my daughter. She was very conscious of lenght and shape to ensure they last without issue, and designed exactly what she wanted; flowers and duck art! She's the happiest and have a bunch of her friends interested now. :)
