The hype is real! Amazing professional service with highly talented senior nail techs. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in Melbourne and this is by far the best. Very affordable too!

Great experience. Kara is lovely. My nails have turned out beautiful. The space is so clean and the salon hygiene is impeccable. I wish I lived nearby so I could be a regular client but can't wait for another appointment next time I'm in Melbourne.

Transformative! I thought I’d had a manicure and polish before. I was coming to Miss Jay’s Nails for a bit of nail art. How wrong I was, Rhianna was next level. She knows nails, how colour works and how to artistically decorate nails.

Loved Kara's healthy nails first approach and her super gentle minimal acetone removal of gel polish. She is meticulous and has real attention to detail even for the boring clients like me who only want a gel manicure (no art!).

I really love this salon. They are so very good at what they do - as well as the result being great, it's fascinating to watch. More importantly, though, I'm a terrible cuticle picker so I'm very self-conscious and often embarrassed about the state of my hands. It often puts me off getting manicures because I feel like I might be judged. At Mitty, I've never felt anything but compassion about that, and I'm very grateful.

I love this place for my pedicures! All of the women that work here do a great job. They have a huge variety of shades to chose from (polish, shellac, SNS etc). And you get a hot stone calf massage thrown in! Woohoo, well done!

I had a fantastic gel manicure! Tom is a delightful person with such a lovely, caring personality and is a great nail tech. I always have a lovely, relaxing time at Miss Jay’s. Although I don’t go often, I’m greeted warmly and the lovely staff make me feel welcome and are always up for a chat if that’s your thing. Such a fun and lovely salon!
