All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

The best mani and pedi in London - clean and modern store with the friendliest staff! The way they cut my cuticles is incredible and I always feel so much better after my appointment!

Dani was great with the Swedish massage and my first time full back waxing. Brilliant pressure throughout the massage and just made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming again for the deep tissue massage with aromatherapy as recommended. Timandra finished off with a good manicure and pedicure. Best salon in London. Hands down! I tried the endosphere and the hydrafacial and saw instant results.
