I come to BOA often and for the first time I was treated by Inthenal. She is brilliant at what she does , very efficient , tidy and makes sure you are completely satisfied before leaving the chair. Tyla (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) is exceptional! She genuinely cares about nails and nail care, and she is incredibly gentle and kind. I came in with an idea in mind (with tips) but left with a stunning set using my natural nails because she prioritized their health and maintenance. I appreciated that so much, and she truly deserves endless praise. Thank you, Tyla! I do think it would be great if your booking service included a feature allowing us to select our preferred technicians!

I appreciate her gentle touch and how knowledgeable and amazing she is at her work. It’s refreshing to find a service provider who’s passionate about what she does and Portia is a breath of fresh air. The complimentary tea and cookies were the sugar on top. Really good service.
