Had such a great experience at Posh! I went for the Queen of posh pedi and did a rubber base overlay with gel and a classic French. So happy with how everything turned out. Keira was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away, and Shannen did such a neat job on my nails. Definitely coming back!

I usually have decent experiences at Boa. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately today my gelish french bubbled and I didn't receive and acknowledgement, apology or offer to redo the 3 bubbled nails.

The experience at Rondebosch was great as usual. Anesu always does my nails but as she was not available today, Thandokazi did my pampers. She was absolutely 💯 amazing. Megan are Tara are awesome and very professional always. I would like to give some feedback with regards to product availability. As French is very popular, one cannot simply have four ladies using the same bottle of product as there was only one bottle. It is unprofessional to disturb one another and they have to place some product in foil. It's not very professional for clients. I stopped going to Cavendish.

The only issue I have with franchises is that non-regular customers often receive subpar service, and the difference in treatment compared to regulars is noticeable. That definitely needs to change. I was also disappointed that my appointment wasn’t picked up from the system after booking online, which caused an unexpected delay. Thankfully, the receptionist saved the day by finding me a slot to get my nails done. Thank you! 😊

I absolutely love Posh Nail Salon! The salon is always spotless, which makes such a great first impression. The receptionist is so warm and welcoming, and the nail techs are incredibly kind, well-mannered, and professional. What I appreciate most is that they really listen to what you want — and it shows in the results. My nails are soooo beautiful and neat. I genuinely love them!
