Lovely ladies and service, however it think a new lady was doing my pedicure as she took quite a while, It was precise but took very long to actually get colour on. The prep was very long. (Side note: my toenails were damaged but not to the point where it couldn’t be done). I also stated that I don’t mind if the shape wasn’t perfect or anything. Started at 4:50 pm, booking was 4:30 pm. Finished at around 6:30 pm. I did enjoy but please take this as constructive criticism. Would recommend to go.

It was a calm and relaxed environment and I appreciated being offered tea of water, having my seat pulled out and in and that I wasn't made to rush. Nadia had great attention to detail, was patient and meticulous and I'm fond of the nail oil and hand cream at the end of the service. I appreciate the itemised bill as well, I like transparency.

The salon is very clean, stylish, and welcoming. I had struggled with vertical splits in my nails for many years, and after a thorough explanation, I was recommended the BIBA treatment. I am extremely happy with the results. They are also very accommodating with unexpected repair appointments, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this nail salon.
