  • I was grateful to be accommodated on short notice and appreciated getting both my hair and nails done today. While the hairstylist did a good job overall, there are a few areas for improvement: ensuring the towel stays on the customer's shoulders, providing a towel before washing, clearly communicating the next steps, detangling hair more gently, and blow-drying with more care to avoid discomfort and burning the scalp. With some practice and attention to these details, she can enhance the overall customer experience.
