Ivanna and her team provide a world-class experience at Mon Cheri. I had an incredible time - from the calm lighting and ambiance, to the yummy chocolates and coffee, I absolutely LOVED my visit. Before I even saw a nail technician, I had already booked my next appointment! You can tell that Ivanna has a deep, caring sense of the hospitality provided at Mon Cheri. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt like we were old friends - the experience is as comfortable as catching up over coffee. And, my nails look and feel great! I had a men's haircut at Yana's with Masha and my wife gave it "two thumbs up". This was my second cut from Masha and the first was equally good. Everyone there is always so friendly and attentive that it makes me feel like a valued customer.

I'd never had an e-file pedi and was a bit skeptical. I'm sold now. My feet are smoother than any water pedi I have EVER had. I am only in Chicago every 3 months but I'll save my Pedi's for when I visit since they do not offer them where I live.

This may be the best manicure I've ever gotten! Beautiful space and Khristy did an amazing job. Such incredible attention to detail. I'll definitely be back.
