Flo is refreshing young lady who truly understands customer service with the added value of her special self.. she has warmth, is engaging, is 100% professional, immaculate, very caring, conscientious, calm, personable, & a delight. Perfect. She had the task of making my dreadful nails and hands to look fab. And boy she did. My nails & hands looked beautiful on completion & l felt I'd had a spa. Highly recommended.

I have visited many times now for multiple treatments and would highly recommend Avera Beauty. High quality treatments and the staff go above and beyond with such a professional and friendly service. They make the experience! I bring my daughter who would now not go anywhere else as she feels so comfortable, which is hard to find. Highly recommend checking out the personalised press on nails too. They were something I had not heard of before and are of such a high standard, so creative.
