I had the most wonderful sculpting facial with Elsa. My skin feels plump, lifted, and has such a healthy glow. I’ve noticed a huge improvement already! Elsa was amazing, so informative, kind, and understanding throughout. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, especially the face and shoulder massage, which melted all my tension away. Emily is such a lovely lady, very friendly and complementary. I wanted something low maintenance and easily manageable, since becoming a mum I don't have much time to do my hair. She did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair, and gave me great advice on caring for my hair including product recommendations. I will definitely be going back!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Esme & the extraction was thorough, my skin felt much cleaner. She also gave helpful skincare advice & the staff were accommodating with room preference and providing a fan when requested. However, the appointment started around 20 mins late (although they apologised) & lasted around 45 minutes despite being listed as 1 h 15 mins. There was initially no light used during extraction & the small lamp brought later still wasn’t very bright. The face mask was also only left for 5 mins. Overall, good for extraction results but less suited for a relaxing experience.

I had a lovely classic facial with Corine and it was such a relaxing experience. My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and glowing afterwards. Corine was gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bit of pampering!

I had a deep cleanse facial with Channelle and the extraction results were good. My pores looked much cleaner afterwards and she was knowledgeable throughout the treatment. However, the salon environment was quite noisy during my visit, with conversations and movement outside the treatment room affecting the relaxing experience. The treatment is 50 minutes, shorter than expected compared to the advertised timing.

First time using Emily and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She did a fantastic job correcting a colour issue left by a previous hairdresser and really took the time to get it right. Emily was lovely to talk to, made me feel comfortable throughout, and the whole experience was so enjoyable. The salon itself is lovely too. I’m so pleased with my hair and would definitely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a talented and friendly hairdresser! xx
