I had my first visit with Ruby for a 90 minute facial and I wish I can give 10 stars!! The room is so inviting, warm and tranquil as was the music and such pleasant atmosphere. Ruby was fantastic and professional, I received an amazing treatment and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. I will certainly be coming back very soon!

Ruby was the sweetest, kindest, and most welcoming person, but also incredibly talented. She was truly amazing. I had the most wonderful and relaxing treatment and facial it exceeded all my expectations. Although I asked a ton of questions, she was so patient, open, and genuinely happy to explain everything. She walked me through every step and took her time, even though it was a long appointment. I’m so grateful for how incredible she made me feel. I had no choice but to book another appointment and hug her before I left. I can’t recommend her enough.

It was seriously one of the best experience I had! Ruby was so knowledgeable and kind, she took the time to explain to me every step she was doing, offering me solutions and advice for my skin issues. She found a recurring problem I had that no one has ever been able to put their finger on, really was an amazing experience! I never felt pressure to anything and I’ll definitely be back! 🫶

Ruby and Jess are always so warm and welcoming. Everything there is super luxuriously cute, clean, and cozy! The space is always ready and organized and just soooo relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for professionals who are incredibly well informed and know how to help you care for your skin. Their facials are elaborate and tailored to your needs. They adjust as they go to make sure your concerns are addressed. I also highly recommend Ruby for her insane talent at doing lashes🥰

C'est chaque fois un plaisir que d'aller au salon Medz. Ma coiffeuse est vraiment incroyable de gentillesse et de compétence. Je n'ose donner son nom (Joannie) car tout Montréal va se l'arracher, ce qui serait bon pour elle mais pas pour moi.

I'm so happy and thankful for booking my facial and eyebrows with Sana at Kēp Esthetique. The place is very cozy and you can feel a good energy. It's amazing. Sana explains everything you need to know and give you the best advice for your skin routine. I really recommend it and I'm going to be back for sure.

What a lovely little place! Went for a nice facial (microdermabrasion) by Ruby. She is so gentle and tells you each step she will perform. Added bonus for me was the mini shoulder/neck massage (which I really needed). I will definitely go back and try other services, just need to decide what. Will definitely refer to my girlfriends!

If you want to float out the door after a facial - Claudia is your gal. Light massage, and fingers that feel like clouds as she cleans, exfoliates and moisturizes. She knows skin - highly recommend, as well as for microblading. :)
