Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

It was my first time here and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. Very relaxing dermaplaning facial which includes a hand and foot massage that was lovely. Atah was easy to chat with and has a lovely personality. Her space is clean, warm and inviting. Enjoyed it so much I've rebooked another service next week. I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure (as this was right next to my hair stylist’s salon). I was not disappointed! The salon was very well appointed, inviting and clean. I was very happy with both the service provided by the esthetician who provided me with the shellac pedicure and the competitive price point of this service. I will definitely be coming back!

Triple AAA! As usual!!! Amanda and the rest of the girls are fantastic! They are all meticulous in their work! Their nail art is amazing. I got an aqua blue today but I watched others getting beautiful deigns! Beautifully redesigned decor! Very clean, beautiful comfy chairs! Always coming back!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

This was my first time at R Luxury. Booking was easy to do online. Amanda was terrific. She truly listened to me and ensured that I was satisfied with every step of the process. I had a full set of bio gel nails with French tips and chrome. She did a beautiful job and was easy to talk to. Coffee or tea was offered which was a really nice touch. I will definitely be back.
