From the moment I walked through the doors of Lavanya Day Spa I knew I was in exceptionally good hands. Kate the owner is warm, welcoming and she knows her craft. From the very first moment you are indulged with a relaxing foot massage followed by a luxurious facial. She knew exactly what my skin required and tailored a treatment plan. I’ve had 4 sessions of laser at Soraya Skin Clinic and honestly I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The customer service has been amazing from day one everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. The level of professionalism during every session made me feel really comfortable and cared for, and I’m already so happy with the results from my laser treatments. You can really tell they care about their clients and the quality of their work. Absolutely love PhiBeauty. I’ve had two facials and a full‑face Plasma Fibroblast with Sey, and every visit has been incredible. The studio smells amazing, the music is calming, and Sey and Sarah always greet you so warmly. The facials are so relaxing you forget you’re on Chapel St. Sey is wonderful to deal with—professional, gentle and genuinely caring. I always feel looked after. I’ll be going back regularly!

Such a lovely experience with Said. A genuine, knowledgeable therapist who gave me lots of advice regarding my skin concerns without being pushy.
