Gemma was amazing with my little girl. She was so gentle and gave me lots of advice on products and how to look after my daughters frizzy hair. She made my daughter feel so at ease and told her everything she was doing. My daughter has came out with beautiful shiny hair and is enjoying taking a selfie or two to show off her hair. Eyebrow waxing - very professionally done. The process was explained at each step. I think this would be very reassuring for someone who hadn’t been waxed before. The room was pristine and relaxing. Definitely would book again.
