Not quite sure how Danielle rescued my nails after I'd had an allergic reaction on my hands which did for my nails. I was convinced that she'd ask me to come back in a week but no after a consultation with Louise she managed to work magic and I now have very pretty nails again. Would highly recommend Karen, she is very professional whilst being friendly and approachable. As a newbie to having my nails done I could not be more pleased, I love the choice of colours. Karen is patient, offers advice if asked for and smiles whilst I make up my mind - and then change it again!
