As per usual I had a fabulous reflexology treatment by Emma today. Who would have thought that your feet can tell such a story about every part of your body and your internal well being!! If like me you love gardening but simply don't know when to stop until you realise your back is aching like mad!! Then pay a visit to Dream Therapy. Amy did my back massage today and boy did she locate, and then help to ease out, all of the tension in my back and shoulders. A regular massage is a must for all gardeners, I'd say..

I get my hair coloured and cut by Leigh and I love the colour and cut every time. Leigh always has time to ask what colour I want and talks me through it. I have just had my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Toni and I love them!! This is a lovely friendly salon and the ladies are amazing at what they do!!
