Absolutely fabulous!! Ella is lovely, so welcoming. I’ve had LVL lashes and brows, I can’t believe the difference its made to my face. I’ll definitely be continuing that treatment. WOW!!! I had a facial today with Alice @mirrorbeauty and it was the most amazing and relaxing facial I've ever had (I've been to some very nice spars in the past) Alice definitely exceed all my past facials. Very attentive and professional atmosphere. I think this might have to become my monthly regime 🙂 5 stars from me.

Really good & lovely environment. The reason for 4 stars is because after my treatment, I saw two different offers on social media for 10/15% off for new clients which wasn’t applied when I paid. I was out within 40 minutes for 2 treatments when it was advertised at 80 minutes for both, I felt with the time cut so short and the full price I paid, I missed out on a full experience for the treatments. After I spoke with Jade, she increased the prices and lowered the times on Fresha but my invoice I received still shows the discount wasn’t applied.
