From the moment I contacted Lucy I knew she was the one for me to conduct my eyebrow procedure. She explained all the process, talked me through everything, asked for photos so she could assess me initially and generally I had a good feeling about her. I was so pleased with the end result that I actually cried because I could not believe the transformation of myself and how instantly I felt so confident.
