Fran is my go to for my brows and beauty treatments. Really couldn’t recommend enough. She always a does a fantastic job, is the nicest person who really makes you feel so good after.

Very positive. Marsha gave me a good hair cut and colour which I am very pleased with. Emily provided coffee and washed my hair all with a smile.

Made me feel at ease did my hair exactly how I imagining it in my vision of the hair style I wanted it look amazing and I felt amazing so thank you very much and thank you for accommodating me and thinking of my disability and how it affects me and make sure I was comfortable I have now found my hairdresser for life so thank you for that as it had took me 56 years to find the right person 🎉x

Perfect as always. I needed to change a 30 th July app but despite Cassy doing her best there is no app available for over 4 weeks. It would make a huge difference in my opinion to replace Sam , Karen and Faye temporarily as soon as possible. You are more than lucky with the staff you currently have.

Great eyebrow shape with Fran - care and precision in the shaping, made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. Fran's room is a breath of fresh air in Bridgford - small and private, with wonderful light from all the windows, and still very peaceful even though you're right in the heart of West Bridgford. Great, realistic, advice given about future treatments too. No unnecessary upsell here!
