The technician was amazing — super gentle, really knowledgeable, and had such a lovely, reassuring energy. She talked me through each step of the process, explained all the options clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Nothing felt rushed or overwhelming, and I really appreciated how she set clear expectations before starting. And the results? I love my brows!
