I had an hour facial; wow! I felt so relaxed from the minute I walked into the therapy room; the smell was so calming. Imogen went over my details and then I snuggled under the warm blanket and drifted away while she worked her amazing magic! I really didn’t know what to expect; I could have laid there until the morning! I floated home thoroughly relaxed and chilled! I honestly can’t recommend Imogen’s facials enough; she’s amazing! Thank you!

I was looking for someone to do an infinity tattoo with a couple of initials and a paw print on it. I was recommended Lucia by a friend. Lucia helped me with the design and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I had sent over a photo of my dog's paw print, which she turned into a beautiful design. I was so happy with it I had done as a separate tattoo. I highly recommend Lucia, she is helpful, friendly and puts you at ease immediately. So happy with both my tattoos especially the one of my dog's paw print.

Such a lovely few hours with Libby today, a full body massage and a Korean facial with sculpting. As usual Libby was polite, explained everything in detail and made sure I was warm and comfortable at all times. Libby is particularly good at isolating the knots in my back! I feel wonderful now! Had a Pedi with Imo. Who is professional and dedicated to her craft. She is caring and gentle, listens to you as a customer and is so careful and thorough with everything she does. Explains what she is going to do. A truly great experience. My feet feel wonderful after she has finished also leg and foot massage is the best.

Always a pleasure visiting with Sant-elize. She is an amazing stylist who hears what you want even if you don’t know how to say it. I have always been very happy with my highlights, cuts and styling.

I generally don't enjoy having my haircut and never quite seem to like the end result. Postponed my appointment 3 times as I chickened out but today, even though I was very anxious. Was made to feel very welcome on arrival and instantly put at ease. Klaudia was great at listening to what I wanted from my drastic change to my very long hair. Gave loads of advice and discussed what she was going to do. Fabulous hairwash and head massage and then full attention to my cut and hairstyle. Klaudia is fantastic and I absolutely love my hair. Thank you so much Klaudia. Highly recommend.
