Charlotte is an absolute star. She’s so knowledgeable and warm and friendly at the same time. My hydrofacial with dermaplanning as part of the Deluxe club was superb!

Had my first nail appointment with this lady today and was great from start to finish! I had a lot of damage on my nails from going to various nail shops and she took good care of my nails for me and I am absolutely over the moon with the design and quality of my nails! Will definitely be returning every month now! X

My treatments today were out of this world. Senela Is so professional, kind and has such a warm personality. Her years of experience in the skincare industry really does shine through. I would never use anyone else for massage or facials after my experience with her today. Just incredible!!
