I walked in this morning not really knowing what I needed with a grown out box died mess. Victoria was amazing! With her expertise and patience, I walked out a new woman! Victoria and Kelly knew exactly how to correct my missmatched colours and I can now wear my hair down again with confidence (something I've not done for months since I decided to grow out my natural greys.). Fantastic! I am a nail novice and wanted my nails groomed to go to an event. I had a super experience having BIAB nails and a luxury manicure. I would recommend this treatment if you are wanting to attempt to grow your nails, they are transformed! Thank you so much. 😀

I can't fault my experience today. I was booked in for a pedicure and Dolly lashes but I totally forgot to come in for a patch test for the lashes, but the staff were so accommodating and I had a facial instead. Amelia who did my treatments was lovely. She was very kind and really nice to chat to and I've left feeling refreshed and very relaxed. I'd recommend to anyone and I will definitely be back!
