She is extremely professional. I am used to have waxing, and almost all of previous times I had a lot of pain (also very sensitive) and she did her magic that the pain was normal, and afterwards she used a product that made the skin it very smooth. Brilliant work. Attentive regularly checked with me to see if things were painful and if it felt ok. Also explained what was being done clearly and easy to understand. Aswell as giving me tips to keep my skin looking healthy which was brilliant because I learnt some things I would of not otherwise known about. Really good experience will definitely recommend it to friends and family !
