Hands down, this is THE best little gem of a place right here in Queanbeyan. On my first visit today, Balwinder greeted me warmly, explained every step as she attended to my needs and gave an amazing brow/head massage at no cost. She is truly in this business to make you look and feel amazing and she delivers. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I’ve been to Brows and Beauty pro twice now and both times she was absolutely lovely. Very informative (for my first time getting henna brows), quick and efficient without feeling rushed, and my brows look great! Will go back time and time again.
