I had my laser hair removal appointment today and had a great experience. Susha was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I was curious about the face analysis machine, and she kindly offered to do a complimentary skin analysis for me. She briefly explained the results and answered my questions in a clear and helpful way. I really appreciated her time, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Susha, for making my visit such a positive experience. I look forward to my next appointment!

The appointment was for my 14 year old daughter, the staff were really friendly and kept her at ease. Also asking her for what she wanted done and with adding some suggestions to her she came out well pleased. 100% will go there next time. Edited as put 24 first time.....

I cant recommend The Beauty Hut Surrey enough Lauren is one of the most caring and talented therapists Ive ever been to. Her facials and massages are honestly magical. She makes the most of every single second of your treatment so you leave feeling completely relaxed refreshed and looked after helping you switch off and unwind. The massgae was a bliss. The therapist, Anna, was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to unwind.

Amazing as always! I’ve had many a facial with Lauren and they have all been lovely, she so friendly and brilliant at what she does! The hardest part is trying to stay awake. Looking forward to my next one already! :)
