I had a facial with Lori and it was fabulous! She is gentle and it was very relaxing! She had lots of information and suggestions. She was also patient with all my questions. I look forward to another facial with her very soon. Definitely will be my go to for facials in Winchester.

Raven was very gentle which I need dealing with my lashes, since I haven’t had any work in that area in a while. She was patient with me. Her technique was quick, easy, and painless. Make the upkeep something less of a challenge to keep up with, I will definitely be rebooking with her to keep up my last tint and lift.

I hit the jackpot, for a lash artist. Let me save you time, and help you look, no further! I was new to town, didn't know her, or anyone that did. I had been in the Salon business for year's, and recognize a clean professional, when I see one. Besides that, she is a master crafter. Detailed beyond, and most talented, hands-down! My new, bestie!

Ashley was amazing! She was super communicative before the appointment, patient with me while I talked through my hair goals, and really listened to what I wanted with my cut and color. Ashley totally brought back my curl and volume, while keeping the length I wanted.

Calypso worked absolute magic on my hair, before it was feeling so flat and weighed down, and I feel so much better with lighter, gorgeous curls. I am absolutely obsessed with my hair. And to top it off, the hot towel and essential oils felt and smelled amazing, it was a perfect touch!

Came in for a cut and style from Cierra, and could not be happier! The salon is beautifully decorated, and all the staff is very friendly. Cierra was very welcoming, and I can't stop staring at my hair! She gave me some advice on how to proper curl my hair as well. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Cierra to anyone!

My first ever visit for a facial. Lori was great at explaining what I would experience. The room was prepared well and soothing. The facial combined with some massage was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to anyone to try Lori and her services.

Lori is incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. The treatments were everything I had hoped for and more. We are not from the Winchester area, but we do travel through a few times a year. I am going to start planning our road trips around a spa appointment with her.

I asked for recommendations on the Women of Winchester Facebook group. I was not looking for a place to get "just" a facial but "an experience" and Rhiannon delivered. Warm bed and body wrap, soothing spa music, the perfect aroma therapy and last but certainly not least, a stress relieving facial, neck and shoulder massage throughout the entire session. Thankful for the ladies that recommended Rhiannon!

Amazing experience with Marie! It was my son’s first salon haircut and Marie was so kind and patient with him. The style and length are perfect, exactly what we asked for. His curls look so defined now and feel healthier than ever. She will definitely be our new go to stylist for all hair needs going forward. 10/10 recommend!
