But..the attention to detail, the care, the calm, the warmth, the perfectionism, the relaxing, the amazing job and the level of service is out of this world. 100% perfection, everytime. First time visiting the snug room, the whole experience was calming and relaxing from start to finish. Jayne was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me from what she was doing,why and what I should be doing to keep the eye lashes looking fresh after. Jayne made me feel at ease with the whole experience. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Truly Madly for 15 years, I even carried on attending when I moved further away. I really like the builder gel and shellac as my nails aren’t great. I would definitely recommend plus I also get my lash lift done here too x
