I had a lash lift and tint done at flow aesthetics and I was so impressed with the whole experience. Shannon was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable, being lovely and chatty, and talking me through the process as I hadn't had this treatment before. The treatment room was a very clean and relaxing environment. I am so happy with the results of the lift! I would definitely recommend flow, great treatments delivered by lovely, genuine people, I will definitely be using them in the future. ☺️

I was a tourist visiting Plymouth for a couple of weeks, and Nancy and the team couldn’t have been friendlier. Nancy also does a great job with eyelash extensions. Very excellent Salon!

I had an amazing experience with Avril at Beauty Within. I had multiple appointments for different services (massage, manicure, pedicure, brow lamination, lashes and some waxing). Avril was exceptional at everything and I feel totally pampered and beautified 🥰 all the staff here are friendly and welcoming. Beauty within also runs extremely well operationally, all my appointments were on time and I found Avril to be super efficient and professional. I am super happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Arianna is amazing at what she does! I have been having my nails done by Arianna for a couple of years, and I love them every time. I have recently had an eyelash lift and tint, and I could not be happier! Arianna is so talented and I would not go anywhere else! 💕

Really good customer care. I was offered a more alternative up to date version of the treatment that I was having that day and although I couldn't accept due to time restrictions I wasnt made to feel guilty and was offered a patch test for next time if I wanted to book in. I didnt feel awkward or uneasy like you can do sometimes when you go to a salon you haven't been to before I was welcomed and treated in a really nice friendly manner and im so happy with my lash lift.

Easy and comfortable experience with Shannon. First time having both a brow wax and a lash lift and tint -- which has now encouraged me to get it regularly in the future. Calming familiar music, great conversation and the process was explained in detail throughout.
