She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Came into malayage today to get a toner refresh&a restyle and can I just say I’ve left so so happy as always! THIS IS THE BEST salon in Nottingham! Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. I had a lash lift and tint with Danielle today and couldn’t be happier with the results! She was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about her craft. She took the time to explain the process and gave excellent aftercare advice to keep my lashes looking their best whilst on holiday. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing — I’ll definitely be returning!

What a fantastic first appointment today with Courtney! I booked for some pre holiday prep and I am SO happy with my treatments. My nails and toes look fabulous and my lash lift was the 1st one I have ever had where it didnt sting - will not have it done anywhere else now.
