Ive tried lots of places to get my eye lash extensions done, all of which kept stinging my eyes like crazy. I love the way Phillipa does my lashes and I get no irritation! Wish I found her sooner 😊

Lily was amazing! This was my first ever lash lift and she has done such a beautiful job, my lashes look stunning! Lily herself was just so lovely and we had such great conversations. I can’t believe the value for money too - £48 for a lash lift and tint which can last 6-8 weeks?! In this day and age that is such a great price, knowing you don’t have to spend masses amounts of money to feel beautiful! 100% will definitely come again 😁❤️

I had my first ever lash lift with Natasha and honestly couldn't be happier! She was so lovely, talked me through everything, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My lashes turned out even better than I expected and I'm obsessed with the results. Definitely recommend! 💕

I always have the best experience with Maria. She’s the kindest, most welcoming and beautiful person, ever. She always takes such care when she carries out my treatments and I’m always pleased with the results. I wouldn’t ever want to go to anyone else for my nails. As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. Going to Gem, is just like having a catch up with a friend, with the added bonus of walking away with such detailed, delicate, beautiful nails! I walk in with a vision, and Gem turns it into a reality on my nails!! Highly recommend

Tash is so lovely!! The job she has done on my eyebrows is unbelievable 👏🏻👏🏻 She was very informative about what she was doing and why, even going through the aftercare in details made me feel very confident walking out that door.
