Arrived today early, I was shown to my seat and offered a lovely coffee. Shirley started my pedicure treatment early and Nisha gave me an arm and head massage which was bliss. Shirley did an amazing pedicure and polish, given my feet have not seen daylight in the last 18months. Cleaned and polished to perfection. Nisha did an amazing job threading my eyebrows, perfect shape and checking I was happy. A full set of classic lashes by Shirley and a little nap! I haven’t had lashes for so long but I love them, really natural and quickly done. Great service and coffee ❤️❤️ Thank you ladies.

What a great place! Staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful. I went in for a lash lift and I have difficult Asian lashes. Ruby gave me the best lift I have ever had, honestly! I will only do lash lift here with her now, so happy with the results.

The had a blowdry, pedicure, eybrow thread and tint, lash tint and BIAB done today! I was expecting to be there for 3/4 hours but the girls had all my treatments done with such care and precision in just over 2 hours! The attention to detail for each treatment was outstanding! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve recently moved to the Rukan community and didn’t realise there was a salon here, so I went to another one further away. Unfortunately, that salon did a poor job, and I was panicked when I came to Lash Lab asking for help. They kindly fixed both my brows and lashes, even though it was late and I had no appointment. Anastasia did an absolutely fantastic job! The whole team was so attentive, and the salon has a very high standard. I’ll definitely be back! 200% recommended!

I consistently have fantastic experiences with both the facials and nail services. Beth makes the facials incredibly relaxing, and my nail technician Marie is incredibly friendly, making the experience feel like a fun outing. I'm very particular, and she's always happy to follow my instructions. It's not just a beauty treatment, it's also a truly emotionally uplifting experience. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the cleanliness of the salon is top-notch. Adding Esaad or Fazaa discounts in the future would be a fantastic addition.

the staffs are very accommodating. Rea is so organized and kind. she is really taking care of me. Anna, did the exact hair style that i want. Hadija, was very excellent in doing my lashes and eyebrows. And Monica, she is really good and artsy in doing my nails. highly recommended salon!
