The girls in Al Barsha Branch are amazing but the management does not care for the clients as they confuse customers by double booking in other branches without the knowledge of the stylist and sending stylist to another branch whilst the stylist is still doing the services especially hair . It’s ok n no value for money even if customer has a hair cut they do not give a blow dry as management has asked the staff not to do so . If you want to stay in market the management needs to be flexible with staff and customers after all the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT .

First time at the salon in al wasl, the moroccan bath was absolutely amazing. Marie-Rose is very professional, attentive to detail and caring. The salon has a zen atmosphere. Everything went smooth. The only feedback I would add is to confirm with client that you are charging for drying the hair (not even a full blow dry) which for me shouldn’t have been charged as I was told that I would pay only for the hair wash. Overall experience was great. Thank you

Beautiful experience at this beauty salon. Had a hair blow dry, manicure pedicure and dermaplaning. Special thank you to Shiba, the hair dresser and the lady that did my nails. Everyone was absolutely professional and dedicated to give me the best results. Will come back

Visited Barsha Branch for the first time and booked for Russian gel manicure. It was beautifully done by Rahat. The only one thing I experienced that it took her too long (more than 2 hrs) to finish my manicure and lil bit of the finishing doen’t look the standard of Reign. Although I loved the variety of gel colors they had to choose from. Another service was done by Fatma who took care of my balayage, haircut and blow-dry; She was good at her work. And not to forget their complimentary drinks, its such a cute gesture. Highly recommend to visit for hair, nails and any other beauty services !

My daughters and I always have a great experience at Repose. Fiona and her staff are professional, warm and welcoming and the ambience is relaxing and stylish. Fiona is extremely talented and pays close attention to detail with colour, cut, blow-dry and hair extensions. The nail technicians give us flawless manicures. This is our salon of choice in Dubai.

The treatment was very good but in the middle of my blow dry they swapped my ladies out and the lady did not know how to blow dry hair, they didn’t use heat protection either

Got a fresh new look with the haircut by Marlyn. Just a bit of hair pull while blow drying. But she gave a head massage as well post the haircut.

I had a consultation and a treatment at Wellkin Hair care center over the weekend. The consultation was informative and clear and the treatment was the ultimate luxury. Superb hammam treatment by Mary and blow dry by Eli ! The salon is very beautiful and neat. One comment : the hammam experience would be enhanced if client was provided with disposable slippers and better quality towels.
